Description and Specifications

The test tank has dimensions of approximately 3,000 mm x 1,800 mm x 1,700mm. Its basket can accommodate 9 cylinders of 10 kg each, 8 cylinders of 15 kg each, or 7 cylinders of 25 kg each simultaneously. Thanks to its pneumatic-controlled sides, the cylinders are securely held during rotation and immersion in the tank. The rotation of the basket is precisely and reliably achieved through the use of pneumatic cylinders. This mechanism allows for a 90° rotation, ensuring an accurate test of cylinder leakage. Additionally, the tank is equipped with a barrier activated by a pneumatic cylinder for both the inlet and outlet of cylinders. This additional safety system ensures smooth operation and reduces the risk of damage or accidents.

The test tank is designed with fixed protections along its entire perimeter, ensuring the safety of the operator and other workers. Additionally, a transparent panel is positioned in front of the operator to provide a clear view during the testing process. This allows for efficient and safe monitoring and control of the operational cycle. It is equipped with a pneumatic panel with a logical circuit for automatic control of the operational cycle. This advanced system simplifies operations and allows for precise and reliable results. Furthermore, it is possible to select the type of cylinder to be tested (10 kg, 15 kg, or 25 kg) through a dedicated selector. The fully pneumatic operation ensures higher energy efficiency, while the supply pressure of 6 bar with dried air ensures accurate and reliable testing. The tank can handle up to 500 cylinders per hour, making it an ideal solution for companies with high production demands. Moreover, the compressed air consumption is only 200 Nl/min.
