DESCRIPTION :
- Clock scale 100 Kg. capacity at one turn, of greatest precision and reliability.
- Base plat mm.500 x mm.550 covered with a plate in self-lubricating mm.10 high.
- Automatic go-to-zero of tare.
- Dial mm 600 double scale:
- Black, Kg 100 indexing gr.100 to see gross weight.
- Red, Kg 100 indexing gr.100 to see net weight.
- These two scales permit reading of gross and net weight at the same time.
- At dial centre there are two handwheels:one to pre-arrange net weight, the other to pre-arrange gross weight, both adjusting on the whole dial.
- The advantage to have gross and net weight is:while net weight sensor operates when it reaches fixed quantity, gross weight sensor operates at maximum pre-fixed value.
- Automatic adjuster for cylinders with the scale plate, made by a pneumatic cylinder that allows moving at the same time the two adjusting jaws.
- Frame for introducing cylinders integral with the scale plate.
- Column supporting horizontal filling gun complete with balancing weight.
- Pneumatic semi-automatic filling gun to look closing faucet valves and (or) pneumatic automatic vertical filling gun for vertical valves.
- Screw/unscrew handwheel head moved by a pneumatic engine.
- Sliding support, for screw/unscrew handwheel head, moved by a pneumatic cylinder vertically.
- Pneumatic valve(s) to intercept LPG (pre-closing and closing) automatically controlled by measurement weight.
- Pneumatic ejector for cylinders inserted in the column of the scale.
- Pneumatic panel made with logical circuit.
- Stop push button.
- Regulator set - filter - lubricator - manometer.
- Completely pneumatic operation.
- Input pressure of feeding 6 Bar by dried air.
