By our Palletization machine cylinders loading and downloading is automatic. This permits to increase production and removes weight lifting by operator. Our Palletization machine is decomposable and so suitable to every situation also for small spaces.

DESCRIPTION:

• Conveyor for cages with flameproof gear motor with station:
  • Load of cages with empty bottles
  • Stop
  • Unload of bottles
  • Load of bottles
  • Unload of pallets with filled bottles.
    It is realised with a strong metal skeleton with motorised chains, which move the pallets in the various stations already described.
• Every station has its own pneumatic lift for cages.
• Automatic pushing machine with oil dynamic impulse to unload the cages with empty bottles in alternating cycle. This machine is apt to unload a line of bottles on the conveyor belt until the cage is completely empty.
• Automatic pushing machine with oil dynamic impulse to unload the cages with filled bottles in alternating cycle. This machine is useful to load a line of bottles each time until the cage is completely full.
• The automatic cycle is completely controlled by pneumatic, electric and oil dynamic components.
• The Pneumatic distribution board is realised with a pneumatic circuit and with components of the utmost reliability.
• The feed pressure is min. 6 Bar with dry air.
• Electrical input 220/380 50 Hz.
