Automatic Operation of the Palletiser

The palletiser is equipped with a conveyor for cages with an explosion-proof motor, which allows for various operations to be carried out efficiently. The stations include stopping, loading cages with empty cylinders, unloading cylinders, loading cylinders, and unloading pallets with full cylinders. The robust metal structure is complete with motorised chains for transporting the pallets between the aforementioned stations. Additionally, each station is equipped with a pneumatic lift for the cages.

The palletiser has an automatic pusher with hydraulic drive for unloading cages with empty cylinders. This system operates in an intermittent cycle, allowing the unloading of one row of cylinders at a time until the cage is fully emptied. For loading cages with full cylinders, there is an automatic pusher with pneumatic drive, which operates in an alternating cycle, loading one row of cylinders at a time until the cage is fully filled. The entire cycle is managed automatically and controlled by pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic components.



The pneumatic control panel is built with a pneumatic logic circuit and uses highly reliable components. A minimum supply pressure of 6 bar with dried air is required. The necessary power supply is 220/380 V at 50 Hz.
